About Jackilyn
Hi, I’m Jackilyn, a twenty-something freelance web designer and WordPress developer. While loving all aspects of design I mainly focus my skills on web design with a little print work here and there. I create websites adhering to current W3C web standards with valid XHTML and CSS.
Some mildly awesome things I have done during my career are working with Google for their Summer of Code program with the Python Software Foundation and an Apple tip published in The Big Book of Apple Hacks. Oh, I also make some mildly awesome websites. You can view my portfolio for some selected work.
While not working or reading random design articles, I spend my time playing games or honing my photography skills with my Canon 400D.

Gaming
Games are probably one of my biggest hobbies. Playing and collecting them. My 200+ collection spans over 12 systems. I do, however, have a bad habit of not finishing games or buying ones that I have never even touched. I started using Backloggery to help with this (plus I love lists and random stats). Out of all my systems I am usually play my 360 the most. You can find me on Xbox Live as kidrobotx and I use TrueAchievements to track my achievements and gamerscore.
